Shipping Information
- Standard orders we aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days
- Personalised orders take a little longer as we need time to design & cut them to your specifications, please allow 5-10 working days
Postage
Our standard postage method is Royal Mail 48 (items valued over £15 will be sent signed for) which is usually 1-2 working days once dispatched.
For larger heavier orders and those with values over £50, we use couriers. We will use one of the following: DHL, DX, Parcel Force, or Evri.
Please note – The time scales are given by the postal companies, they are not guaranteed services. The 24 postal services are not guaranteed next-day delivery but they do have a high success rate. This is unfortunately down to the postal company and we cannot take responsibility for this once the order has been shipped.
Postage Costs
Shipping to UK Mainland is FREE
For any orders outside of the UK Mainland, please contact us for a postage quote before placing your order.
We also allow local customers to collect, please let us know if you would like to collect and when you will be collecting so we can make sure your order is ready.

Packaging
We like to be environmentally friendly as much as possible so to do this we may use reclaimed and recycled materials to pack our orders. This not only helps the environment but also helps us to keep costs down for both ourselves and our customers packaging.
We also recommend that customers re-use our packaging if possible, to help recycle and protect the environment.
Dispatch Information
Please be aware that our dispatch time relates to the time it takes from when your payment is made to your order when being picked & packed, then finally dispatched with royal mail or parcel company, depending on the size of your order. This does not mean you will receive it within the stated timescale. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated time scales are then down to Royal Mail and Parcel Couriers, we cannot be held responsible for their delivery times.
Please note that we do not make any profit on postage and try to keep costs as low as possible, always happy to combine postage where ever possible.
In order to keep costs low and protect our Environment caused by pollution in transit, we may bulk dispatch parcels on the same day, this could result in your order being dispatched a day or two later than the currently advertised estimated dispatch time.
Refunds and returns
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact us for approval with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back, items returned without prior approval may not be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, to your original method of payment. The payment may take a few days depending on the processing provider
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless agreed otherwise by email.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we suggest you use a tracked/signed for service.
